Hello World!
I’ve dabbled in the blogging world previously (granted I didn’t make a big splahs). I’d like to make something more permanent and more pointed. This blog will mainly consist of book reviews, literary commentary, election updates, and world events.
My political angle is one rooted in US tradition and will focus a lot on how the conversations are different (or the same) from previous points in history.
For books and literary commentary, the angle will be contemporary and international. Life’s too short to dabble too much in the past (and who the hell knows what’s going to happen in the future).
I’ll stay current and try to update often. By trade I’m an university administrator. So if you happen to know where I work, my thoughts and opinions do not represent my employer.
